Why We Do It
The New Mexico Online Hub is a statewide resource created to strengthen higher-education institutions and expand opportunities for learners across the state. Funded by the State of New Mexico, the Hub was designed with colleges and universities in mind, helping them grow, refine, and scale their online programs to meet the needs of today’s students. Our mission is clear: make higher education more accessible for New Mexicans, particularly adult learners who need the flexibility to balance education with work, family, and community commitments.
How We Do It
Through a unique shared service collaboration model, the NM Online Hub provides institutions with expert support in marketing, enrollment management, CRM optimization, academic technology, and instructional design. This statewide approach amplifies each institution’s capacity while reducing duplication of effort, allowing faculty and staff to focus on what matters most: delivering excellent programs. By leveraging state funding alongside the proven expertise of professionals who have successfully built and scaled online programs, the Hub equips partner institutions with the tools and strategies needed to meet adult learners where they are, and to help them succeed.
